RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
1994 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO. 401
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on Manch 7, 1995 the City Clerk was
directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following improvements:
Certain streets in Maintenance Districts 11 and 15, and Thoroughfare Guide
Plan streets including Vicksburg Lana from Schmidt Lake Road to County Road
47, also 27th and 28th Avenues !orated south of T.H. 55 between Fernbrook
Lane and Niagara lane and 25th Avenue between Dunkirk Lase and County
Road 101.
by the reconstruction of bituminous streets, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;

1. A hearing shall be held on the 4th day of April, 1995 in the City Council
Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth,
Minnesota at 7:00 p.m, to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time
and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be
given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two
weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the
improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the
owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
