RESOLUTION N0.9s- 145
CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
DELINQUENT ALARM PERMIT FEES
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on March 7, 1995, the City Clerk was
directed to prepare a proposed assessment for certain charges for the delinquent alarm permit
fees as provided by law; and
WEMMA.S, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the officer of the City Clerk for public inspections;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
;:..1. A public hearing shall be held on the 18th day of April,. 1995, in the City Council
Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth,
Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time
and place all persons owning property affected by such charges will be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published twice in the official newspaper at least two weeks
prior to the hearing, and shall state ir. the notice the total amount of the
assessment. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of
each parcel described in the assessment.
