CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 139
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PLYMOUTH CREEK CHANNEL CLEANING
CITY PROJECT NO. 509
WHEREAS, the City's Consulting Engineer, Bonestroo, Rosen, Andeiilc and Assoc.,
Inc., has prepared plans anti specifications for the improvement of Plymouth Creek by
the lernoval of sedimentation and obstructions and has presented such plans and
specifications to the Council for approval;
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
{ paper and in The Con= ion Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
the making of stich iunpruvement under such approved plans and
specifications. The advertisement shall be published twice, shall specify
the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City
Clerk until 10:00 a.m, on February 27, 1995 at which time they will be
publicly opened in the Cou•.ucil Chambers of the Plymouth City Center
building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City
Manager and that no bids well be considered unless sealed and filed with
the City Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid
bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five percent of the
amount of such bid.
