CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO.95-132
APPROVING CHANGES TO EMPLOYEES FLEMLE BENEFIT ACCOUNT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an approved Employee Flexible Benefit Account Plan
through which employees may establish accounts to pay certain expenses for health, dental,
prescriptions and child care with pre-tax dollars; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed proposed changes to the plan, which would allow
employees to increase the unreimbursed medical expense deduction from $1,500 to $2,000 per
year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Employee Flexible Benefit Account Plan is
amended to increase the unreimbursed medical expense deduction from $1,500 to $2,000 per
year.
