WHEREAS, Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church has requested a Site Plan, Conditional
Use Permit and Variance for a church located at the northwest corner of Northwest
Blvd. and Schmidt Lake Road; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THBRBFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church for a Site Plan, Conditional Use
Permit and Variance for a church located at the northwest corner or Northwest Blvd.
and Schmidt Lake Road, subject to the following conditions:
( 1, Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum,
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water
drainage facility.
3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of this resolution,
4, Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
S. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions,
6. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire
lanes.
7. Submittal of fire flow data prior to the issuance of building permits,
8. An 8 1/2 x 11 inch "As Built" Fire Protection Plat► shall be submitted prior to
the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy,

9. A Variance is granted to allow for a non-residential Conditional Use Permit for
a site in excess of ten acres based on the finding that the request meets the
Variance Standards, specifically:
a. The Variance would not be detrimental to the public welfare or
injurious to other land;
b. The Variance would not impair the adequate supply of light and
air to adjacent property, increase congestion on the public streets
or diminish property values within the neighborhood.
10. An application for the consolidation of parcels 10-118-22-13-0002 and 10-118-
22-140029 shall be submitted prior to the issuance of gilding permits.
