WHEREAS, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company has requested a UIPUD Foal
Site Plan Amendment for property locoed at the northwest cornar of Plymouth Boulevard and
37th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, such amendment would permit installation of a six font high chain link fence
(with black: PVC coaft to enclose the storm water quality (NURP) pond; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the MPUD Final Site
plan Ameadment for Stitt Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company for property located
at the northwest corner of Plymouth Boulevard and 37th Avenue North, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The fence mall be constructed with an access gate of appropriate size to allow for
sediment removal operations.
2. The fence shall be maintained in a good state of repair at all times.
3. The fence and fenced am shall be kept free of debris.
