RESOLUTION 93 - 129
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A
RADIO ANTENNA AT U.S. WEST, 9700 SCIDIIDT LAKE ROAD (94161)
WHEREAS, U.S. West has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a 23
foot high radio antenna to be placed on top the building at 9700 Schmidt Lake Road.
The property is more specifically described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1,
Northwestern Bell Plymouth Office First Addition
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, 'IliER13FORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by U.S. West for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 23 foot high radio
antenna on top of the building located at 9700 Schmidt Lake Road, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. No signage is allowed relative to the use.
Adopted by the City Council on February 21, 1995.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a
meeting of the Plymouth City Council on February 21, 1995, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a correct transcription thereof.
