HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-129CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 93 - 129 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A RADIO ANTENNA AT U.S. WEST, 9700 SCIDIIDT LAKE ROAD (94161) WHEREAS, U.S. West has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a 23 foot high radio antenna to be placed on top the building at 9700 Schmidt Lake Road. The property is more specifically described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, Northwestern Bell Plymouth Office First Addition WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, 'IliER13FORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by U.S. West for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 23 foot high radio antenna on top of the building located at 9700 Schmidt Lake Road, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. No signage is allowed relative to the use.
