WtMWAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Henry Tanis for the
Inverness Addition, looted on the north side of County Road 6 at Yellowstone Lane
North;
NOW, TF MWORA BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of recording the plat. No fees will be
required for the existing home.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm
water drainage facility.
4. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
5. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
6. No building permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
7. Street names shall comply with the City Street Naming System.
B. Private driveway access shall be limited to internal public roads and prohibited
from County Road 6.
9. The garage and shed shall be removed from the site prior to issuance of building
permits for the construction of new homes.
