WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Annandale Contracting, Inc., as contractor, have
entered into an agreement for watermain improvements on Fernbrook Lane, Maple Grove
Connection, Well No. 11, and Vicksburg Lane, City Project No's 311, 110, 909, and 907, said
agreement being dated December 13, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the final
request for payment.

1. That the original contract amount was $332,660.00. Three change orders were
approved in the amount of $38,492.60 and the value of the work to date is $352,865.54
and is herewith approved. This project Underran the contract amount by $18,287.06
or 4.946.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for watermain improvements on Fernbrook
Lane, Maple Grove Connection, Well No. 11, and Vicksburg Lane, City Projec No's
311, 110, 909, and 907 and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable,
being the same, Is hereby released from the engineer as acceptable from the contract
except, as to the condklons of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work after final payinent.
3. Request for Payment No, 8 and Final in the amount of $25,829.113 to Annandale
Contracting, Inc, for watermain improvements on Fernbrook Lane, Maple Grove
Connection, Well No. 11, and Vicksburg Lane/Schmidt Lake Road/Fembrook Lane
Watermain dr Street Improvements, City Project No's 311, 110, 909, and 907 is
hereby approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay
the same forthwith.
