RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 121
RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMEM
1995 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO, 501
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 21, 1994 a
report has been prepared with respect to certain streets in Maintenance Districts 25, 291
and 36, and Rmichview Lane from Gleason Lake Road to north of 7th Avenue based
upon the 1993 Pavement Management Biennial Update; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the reconstruction of streets by the
installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council or. February 21, 1995;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CIW COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such project in
accordance, with the report and the assessment of abutting and
adjacent property within the designated 1995 Street Reconstruction
Program area for a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to Mmnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398,
ris amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$1,727,690,
2. A public gearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
21st day of March 1995 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevartl at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk
shall give mailod and published notice of surh heating and
,mpmvcmcuts as required by law.
