VMIREAS, conducting surveys to measure citizen perceptions and attitudes about the
City of plymouth and its services is helpful to maintain quality of life; and
WHEREAS, conducting a citizen survey is a project approved in the 1993 budget, and
w= profess ong assistance is needed to conduct the survey and analyze the data;
WSERUS, proposals were received from three survey research firms; and
WHEREAS, after reviewing the proposals staff recommends the firm of Motivation
Dynamics to conduct the survey at a cost of $11,570;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota does hereby award the contract for professional services for the 1993
Citizen Survey to Motivation Dynamics.
