APPROVING 1995 REFORESTATION CONTRACT
WHEREAS, tha Forestry Diviami is responsible for the 1995 Reforestation Program to be
carried out on City owned lands; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City bid; motions wen proposed and distributed and bid
proposals were received and opened on January 24, 1995 and
WiMREAS, the following contractors received bid specifications, and four bids were received
by the City:

AND, WHEREAS, the bid of Wilson's Nursery, Inc, is in conformance with City
specifications for plant materials, Wilson's Nurserj, Inc. is therefore declared lowest
responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, tvIINNOTA, that it should, and hereby does, accept the proposal
of Wilson's Nursery, Inc. in the amount of $14,074.00. Fttrther, that funds in the amount of
$149074.00 are authorized from account no. 101-125-810.26-000-000.
