CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95-118
AUTHORIZATION TO SOLICIT BIDS FOR
TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VOICE MAIL SYSTEM
, the consultants have completed the bid documents and specifications and,
W1MUL1S, the City Council previously authorized the firm of Blert & Associates to
proceed with the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the completed bid documents and specifications have been submitted and are
acceptable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that bid documents and specifications as submitted
are aeceptablo and the rum of Blert & Associates proceed with the bid process for the
telecommunications and voice mail system and authorize a preliminary project budget of
$250,000.
