RESOLUTION NO. 95-IOS
APPROVING ON -SALE INTO7aCAMNO AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES
FOR TGI FRIDAY'S OF MINNESOTA, INC.,
OUTTLOT B. CARLSON CENTER 2ND ADDITION
WE( REAS, the City hes received an application for on -sale intoxicating and Sunday
liquor licenses from TGI Friday's of Minnesota, Inc., at Oudot B, Carlson Center 2nd
Addition (southwest corner of Carlson Parkway and I-494); and
Wi MAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the building has not yet been constructed.
NOW ZHHRBFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that an on -sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor license is hereby approved for TGI
Friday's of Minnesota, Inc., at Outlot B, Carlson Center 2nd Addition for the period
through January 31, 1996, with the following condition:
1. Receipt of Certificate of Occupancy from the Plymouth Building
Division.
Approved by the City Council on January 17, 1995.
