RESOLUTION NO. 95- 103
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE
FOR C & J ROLL OFF SERVICE
WHEREAS, an application for a garbage hauler license has been received from C & J
Roll Off Service; and
WHEREAS, all required fees, certificates of insurance, and surety bond have been
provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a garbage hauler license is
hereby approved for C & J Roll Off Service for the period February 8, 1995, through
March 319 1996.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on February 7, 1995.
