AUTHORIMG REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
TURCK, INC. FOR A PARKING LOT W(PANSION AT 3000 CAMPUS

WHEREAS, a Site Plan Amendment for Turck, Inc. was Administratively Approved
on November 08, 1994; and,
wmEAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form Cash in the total amount of $28,455.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CrrY COUNCIL OF
THE My OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $25,955.00 reduction of the Cash which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for TLrck, Inc. to a new total guarantee of $2,500.00.
Adopted by the City Council on February 7, 1995
