WBEREAS, a Final Ph WPlat for Laukim-Williams Parkers Labe 10th Addition was
approved under City Council Resolution 93-445A and 93-445B; and,
WE>BBBAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantees for
completion of site improvements;
V111 BtBAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, nEREFORB, BB IT KGRMY RESOLVED BY THS CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $16,630.00 reduction of the financial guarantee for site improvements for lAukka-
WiMams Parkers Lake to a new total guarantee of $18,551.00
