WFIBRBAS, a Final Plan/Plat for Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake 10th Addition was
approved under City Council Resolution 93-445A and 93445B; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Perfbnrance Guarantees in the
form of a Savings Certificates in the amount of $49,547.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, IuIMESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $43,375.75 reduction of the Savings Certificates which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake to a new total guarantee of
( 56,171.25 for lots 10 & 11, Block 1.
