APPROVING LOT SPLIT
WHIMEAS, the City of Plymouth and the Wayzata School District No. 284 wish to cooperate
in the development of a park highschool campus facility for the benefit of both City and
District residents, and
WHEREAS, a master site plan depicting proposed athletic facilities has been jointly developed
between the City and School District, and
WHEREAS, a split of the 161.02 acro site has been agreed to allocating 64.7 acres to the City
of Plymouth and 96.32 acres to the District,
NOW, TIE MOORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NUNINESOTA, that the specific designation of land to be allocated to
the 1 odes in a future lot division be approved as shown on the attached exhibits.
Adopted by the City Council on February 7 , 1995
