SOUTHEAST CORNER OF OLD ROCKFORD ROAD AND 41ST. AVE. N.

WHEREAS, Mission Partners has requested an Amended RPUD Planned Unit
Development Plan Concept Plan for the development of approximately 14.93 acres
located at the southeast corner of Old Rockford Road and 41st. Ave. N.; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 76-152 approved an RPUD Concept
Plan for this site for 103units; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Informational Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, SORE, BE IT RM BBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CrTY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Amended Residential Use Planned Unit Development Plan for the development of
approximately 14.93 acres located at the southeast comer of Old Rockford Road and
41st. Ave. N., subject to the following c'►nditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. The revised Concept Plan is for the development of 26 single family detached
units.
