RESOLUTION 95. 95
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PRODUCTIVITY INC.
LOCATED AT 15150 25TH AVE. N. (94153)
WHEREAS, Productivity Inc. has requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit for
outside storage for property located at 15150 25th Ave. N.
The property is more specifically described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1 Parkers Lake Corporate Center 2nd Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Productivity Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit for outside storage for
property located at 15150 25th Ave. No., subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
3. This Conditional Use Permit is for the outside storage of wooden skids (pallets).
Adopted by the City Council on February 7, 1995.
