CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 95-94
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Lot Division/Consolidation for Floyd
Wilvers for property located southwest of 34th Avenue North and Plymouth Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFORE) BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the
following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said Lot
Division/Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer'a Memorandum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
1 for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm
water drainage facility.
3. Park fees have been previously paid.
4. No building permits shall be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin
County.
S. Submittal of required utility and dn..nage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
