RESOLUTION 9S- 93
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR FLOYD WILVERS FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF 347H AVENUE NORTH AND
PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD (94143) (MPUD 78-2)
WHEREAS, Floyd Wilvers has requested approval for a Lot Division/Consolidation
for the creation of two parcels, located southwest of 34th Avenue North and Plymouth
Boulevard;
NOW, THINWORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Lot Division/Consolidation and Variance for Floyd Wilvers for property located
southwest of 34th Avenue North and Plymouth Boulevard.
Lot 3, Block 5, and that part of Lot 4, Block 5, Plymouth Hills, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, which lies westerly
of aline and its extensions, described as follows; Beginning at a point on the
northerly line of said Lot 4 distant 71.02 feet southeasterly of the northwest
corner of Lot 4 as measured along said northerly line of Lot 4; thence southerly
to a point on the southerly line of Lot 4, distant 62.95 feet southeasterly of the
southwest corner of Lot 4 as measured along said southerly line and said line
there terminating.
Those part of Lot 4 and of Lot 5, Block 5, Plymouth Hills, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, which lies easterly of "Line
I" and westerly of "Line 2" and their extensions, said "Line V and "Line 2"
are described as follows. "Line 1" beginning at a point on the northerly line of
said Lot 4 distant 71.02 feet southeasterly of the northwest corner of Lot 4 as
measured along said northerly line of Lot 4; thence southerly to a point on the
southerly line of Lot 4, distant 62.95 feet southeasterly of the southwest corner
of Lot 4 as measured along said southerly line and said line there terminating.
"Line 2" beginning at a point on the northerly line of said Lot 5 distant 22.55
feet southwesterly of the northeast corner of Lot 5 as measured along said
northerly line; thence southerly to a point on the southerly line of Lot 5 distant

100.27 feet northwesterly of the southeast comer of Lot 5 as measured along
said southerly line and said line there terminating.
Lot 6, Block 5 and that part of Lot 5, Block 5, Plymouth Hills, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, which lies easterly
of a line and its extensions, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the
northerly line of said Lot 5 distant 22.55 feet southwesterly of the northeast
corner of Lot 5 as measured along said northerly line; thence southerly to a
point on the southerly line of Lot 5, distant 100.27 feet northwesterly of the
southast comer of Lot 5 as measured along said southerly line and said line
them terminating.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
Lot 3, and the northwesterly 22.00 feet of Lot 4, said 22.00 feet being
measured perpendicular to and parallel with the northwesterly line of said Lot 4,
all in Block 5, Plymouth Hills, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Lot 4, except the northwesterly 22.00 feet of said Lot 4, said 22.00 feet being
measured perpendicular to and parallel with the northwesterly line of said Lot 4,
all In Block 5, Plymouth Hills, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
All above property in Section 21, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Division/Consolidadon is
approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on February 7, 1995.
