HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-092L CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 95-92 APPROVING MPUD FINAL SITE PLAN FOR FLOYD WELVBRS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOLMMEST OF 34TH AVENUE NORTH AND PLYMOUTH BLVD. (94143) (MPUD 78-2) WHEREAS, Floyd Wilvers has requested approval for a MPUD Final Site Plan for Culvers Family Restaurant for property located southwest of 34th Avenue North and Plymouth Blvd; NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve tine following, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. A sidewalk shall be constructed by the developer along 34th Ave. N. 3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open stone water drainage facility. 4. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements. 5. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance and approved MPUD Preliminary Pian. Specifically, the second freestanding sign for the drive- through is approved. 6. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 7. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants, fire lanes and fire lane signage. Two fire hydrants are mquired for this site. S. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the enclosure structure, and no outside storage is permitted. 9. Compliance with Fire Division requirements regarding Post Indicator Valve and Fire Department Connection locations. 10. Compliance with Fire Division requirements regarding standard notes. • File 94143 Page 2 11. Compliance with Code requirements for a fire extinguishing system. 12. An 8 112 x 11 inch "As Built" Fine Protection Plan shall be submitted prior to the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy. 13. Compliance of all standards of City Code. Ordinance and Policy Resolutions and submissiun of all items required on an amended Site Plan prior to issuance of a Building Permit. 14. No building permit to be issued until the lot division is fled and recorded with Hennepin County. 15. Parking setbacks of 12'6" is hereby approved. 16. Ali building elevations shall have a minimum of 100 percent brick material excluding windows. Adopted by the City Council on February 7, 1995. •
