CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 85
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO.5 AND FINAL
BRIDLEWOOD FARM 2ND ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO. 206
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Hank Weidema Excavating, Inc., as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for Bridlewood Farm 2nd Addition, City
Project No. 206, said agreement being dated July 21, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified hi) ecretance of the work and his approval of
the final request for payment.

1. That the original contract amount was $552,324.40. Two chwige orders
were approved in the amount of $10,799.75 and the. value of the work to
date is $549,805.61 and is herewith approved. This project undermn the
contract amount by $13,318.54 or 2.3%.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Bridlewood Farm 2nd
Addition and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable,
being the same, is hereby released from the engineer as acceptable from
the contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any
and all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction of
faulty work after final payment.
3. Reque.Qt for Payment No. 5 and Final in the amount of $38,477.72 to
Hank Weldema Excavating, Inc. for Bridlewood Farm 2nd Addition is
hereby approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the same forthwith.
