CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 9S - 84
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO.6 AND FINAL
BRMLEWOOD FARM 3RD ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO. 304
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Richard Knutson, Inc., as contractor,
have entered into an agreement for Bridlewood Farm 3rd Addition, City Project No.
304, said agreement being dated May 7, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of
the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: i
1. That the original contract amount was $369,067.65. There weir no
change orders and the value of the work to date is $355,152.61 and is
herewith approved. This project underran the contract amount by
$13,915.04 or 3.8%.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Bridlewood Farm 3rd
Addition and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable,
being the same, is hereby released from the engineer as acceptable from
the contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any
and all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction of
faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 6 and Final in the amount of $5,545.29 to
Richard Knutson, Inc. for Bridlewood Farm 3rd Addition is hereby
approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the same forthwith.
