RESOLUTION NO. 95- 82
FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK PTA
WHEREAS, a notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by
Plymouth Creek PTA for raffles to be conducted on February 25, 1995.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawful Gambling Exemption for Plymouth Creek PTA for an event
to be conducted on February 25, 1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City hereby waives the 30 day waituig period.
Adopted by the City Council on January 17, 1995.
