CITY CENTER EXPANSION PROJECT

VVEM EAS, Change Order No. I has boon prepared for the City Center Expansion Project providing for
the following:
Compiete or modify changes as indicated in the architect's instnucsions or in constructive changes; and
WmmtEAS, these changes will improve the operational effectiveness of the building, and
WEUMEAB, these changes impact on completion schedule,
NOW, TS1StEliORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MYNOUTS, IVIDWESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for the City Center Expansion Project No. 126
is approved in the amount of $1269691.00 and extend the contract by 30 calendar days and to authorize an
incrare of total project coats of $47,979 to $3,558,979 and further that funding for the $47,979 increase
be appropriated from the Project Admitistration Fund.
