RESOLUTION NO. 95- 78
APPROVING TEMPORARY 31 LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR MINNEAPOLIS JAYCEES
WHEREAS, the Minneapolis Jaycees has applied for a temporary 3.2 liquor license on
January 22, 1995, at French Regional Paris.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that a temporary 3.2 liquor license is approved for the Minneapolis Jaycees at
French Regional Park on January 22, 1995, with the following conditions:
1. Payment of the $33 license fee shall be made to the City by January 20, 1995;
2. Written permission for the sale of 3.2 beer at French Regional Park shall be
received from the Hennepin County Park Board by January 20, 1995;
3. Successful criminal history review of the applicant by the Plymouth Pohce
division;
4. City will be named as additional insured on the liquor liability policy; and
5. City will be given 5 days advance notice of cancellation of any of the insurance
policies.
Adopted by the City Council on January 17, 1995.
