AUTHORIZE NEGOTIATING OPTION AGREE TENTS
WHEREAS, the Open Space Committee has recommended that option agreements be
secured on four parcels of property, and
WHEREP,S, the Director of Parks and Recreation concurs with this recommendation,
NOW, IIIBRBFORB BE TT H 3RMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and
Recreation aling with the City Attorney's office are authorized to negotiate option
agreements on four parcels of property as part of the City's open space program, and
further, that costs involved in securing the option agreements and appraisals shall be
paid for by park dedication account 218-218.
