RESOLUTION NO. 95- 74
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Safety seeks Council authorization to designate
certain areas as available for snowmobile use within the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the Snowmobile Task Force has reviewed requests for authorized use and
recommends the following areas be authorized for snowmobile use within the City:
1. County Road 47 extending the authorized spur from Juneau Lane east to Northwest
Boulevard.
2. County Road 9 from Vicksburg east to Turtle Lake Creek.
3. Highway 101 north of Highway 55 within the City limits.
4. Parking at Parkers Lake with lake access, south side of County 6.
5. Parking lot on West Medicine Lake Drive to Medicine Lake (city park).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that it designates the foregoing locations for snowmobile use
pursuant to Section 1325.03, subd 2 (a) of the City Code.
