SETIINO CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO
LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR VALLIAM DUNN FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 324 AND 330 VINMVOOD IA. N. (94164)
WiestBAS, the City Council has approved the Lot Division/Cwsolidation for William
Dom for property located at 330 and 324 Vinewood La. N,;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and bereby does direct the
following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said Lot
Division/Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
