APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR WILLIAM DUNN (94164)
WHEREAS, William Dunn has requested approval for a Lot Division/Consolidation
for the creation of two lots, located at 324 and 330 Vinewood La. N.;
NOW, THBRBFORB, BE IT lTEU BY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Lot Division/Consolidation for the creation of two lots, located at 324 and 330
Vinewood La. N.

That part of Lot 9, "Greers Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County, Minnesota"
lying north of the South 150 feet thereof.
That part of Lot 99 "Greers Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County, Minnesota"
described as commencing at a point 200 feet east from the southwest corner of
said Lot 9; thence north at right angles 75 fed; thence west to the west line
thereof, thence east parallel with said south line to the east line of said Lot 9;
thence south to the southeast comer thereof; thence west to the point of
beginning.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
That part of Lot 9, "Greers Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County, Minnesota"
lying northeasterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 9; thence north along
the east line of said Lot 9 a distance of 110.00 feet to the point of
beginning of said line to be described; thence deflecting to the left 70
degrees 00 minutes a distance of 338 feet more or less to the west line of
said Lot 9 and there terminating.
That part of Lot 9, "Greers Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County, Minnesota"
lying southwesterly of the following describe line:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 9; thence north along
the east line of said Lot 9 a distance of 110.00 feet to the point of
beginning of said line to be described; thence deflecting to the left 70

degrees 00 minutes a distance of 338 feet more or less to the west line of
said Lot 9 and there terminating.
EXCEPT that put of said Lot 9 described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest cower of said Lot 9; thence east along the
south lime thereof 200 feet; thence north at right angles 75.00 fat;
thence west parallel with said south line to the wear line of said Lot 9;
thence southerly along said west lime to the point of beginning.
FURTH1M, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment conectlons based upon City Policy when the Division/Consolidadon is
appmved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on January 17, 1995.
