RESOLUTION 95-64
APPROVING FINAL PIAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ABINGDON
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17330 19TH
AVE. N(94135)
WHEREAS, Abingdon Development Corporation has requested a Final Plat for The
Shores of Kraetz Lake located at 17330 19th Ave. N.; and,
WHEREAS, the City stats has -prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Final Plat and Development Contact for Abingdon Development Corporation
located at 17330 19th Ave N., and,
FURTIM, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.
