WHEREAS, Hennepin County has provided the City with a iist of nonconservation properties
which have become tax forfeit as a result of nonpayment of property taxes and/or special
assessments; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Council's Tax Forfeit Land policy, each panel has
been reviewed; and
WHEREAS, parcel 36-118-22-22-0004 may serve a public purpose; and
WHEREAS, the options for use of the property require additional study by the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
hereby:
f 1. Requests that the County withhold parcel 36-118-22-22-0004 from public sale for up to
one year to provide time for the City to study options for public use of the parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council affirms the non -conservation
classification status by the Board of County Commissioners.
