RESOLUTION 95-62
AUTHORI23NG THE PUBLIC SALE OF
PARCEL 25-118-22-34-0014
WHEREAS, Hennepin Coun4y has provided the City with a list of nonconservation properties
which have become tax forfeit as a result of nonpayment of property taxes and/or special
assessments: and
WHEREAS, in a=zxlance with the City Council's Tax Forfeit Land policy, each parcel has
been reviewed; and
WHEREAS, parcel 25-118-22-34-0014 has been classified by the Board of County
Commis-ioners of Hennepin County as nonconservation land and the sale has been authorized
by the Board of Commissioners.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of returning tax forfeit parcels to private ownership
whenever possible.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
hereby:
1. Approves the public sale of parcel 25-118-22-34-0014.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council affirms the non -conservation
classification status by the Board of County Commissioners, and certifies that the parcel does
not need to be withheld from sale pursuant to M.S. 85.012, M.S. 92.461, M.S. 282.01, Subd.
8, M.S. 282.018, Subd. 1, or M.S. 282.018, Subd. 2. The Council certifies that it does not
knew of any wells located on the property.
