REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 14
NORTHWEST BOULEVARD
CITY PROJECT NO. 205
WHEREAS, request for Payment No. 14 dated January 60 1995 for Edward Kraemer
and Sona, Inc. has been prepared by StrgavRoscwFausch, Inc. and payment is
recommended; and
WHEREAS; the payment requires the City Council approval since it is receded
that the retainage be reduced to I % for City Project No. 205.

FURTHER BE 1T RMOLVED that other payments for additional work completed are
authorized with a retainage of I %.
