RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 50
RELEVY OF DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS
, by council resolution certain parcels had assessments deferred; and
WHEREAS, the deferral was for a three year period which period expires at the end of 1994;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Council to determine the period of years over which
the deferred assessment is to be paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the assessments listed below which were
prMously deferred to be respread for the period of years irtdicated:

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the first installment is payable on or before the first
Monday in January, 1996.
Adopted by the City Council on January 17, 1995.
