A certain petition requesting the improvement of Trenton Ponds Addition by the installation of residential street lighting, filed with the City Council on January 17, 1995 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a piz.liminary way as to whether the proposed improvemtnt is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. Adopted by the City Council on January 17, 1995.
