RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
FORSTER PRESERVE PLAT 2
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted January 17, 1995 a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Forster
Preserve Plat 2 by the installation of ornamental residential sired fights and this report
was received by the Council on January 17, 1995.

1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted January 17, 1995. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
