RESOLUTION NO. 95- 40
WHEREAS, the Forestry Division will act on 1995 Strut Tree Trimming Proposal to be
carried out on City owned right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City bid, specifications were proposed and distributed and bid
proposals were received and odd on January 10, 1995 and
WHEREAS, the following contractors received bid specifications, and five bids were received
by the City:

AND, WHEREAS, the bid of United Tree.: Service is in conformance with City specifications
for routine maintenance trimming of street trees and, therefore, United Tree Service declared
the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, AB IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, accept the proposal
of Unitod Tree Service in the line item amount of $20,000; and
FURTHER, that funds for this proposal are authorized from Account No. 101-125-810.24.
