CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95- 39
WHEREAS, pursuant to legal notice, ui& were received for printing the city newsletter
and recreation booklet; and
1b'HEREAS, bids were opened, and tabulated according to law, and bids were received
from six vendors; and
WHEREAS, Nystrom Publishing of Maple Grove is the lowest responsible bidder.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with Nystrom Publishing t f Maple Grove in the name of
the City of Plymouth for the printing of the Plymouth city newsletter and recreation
booklet commencing with the February 1995 issue and running through January 1997 in
accordance with the bids submitted December 29, 1994.
