WHEREAS, conducting surveys to measure citizen perceptions and attitudes about the
City of Plymouth and its services is helpful to maintain quality of life; and
WHEREAS, conducting a citizen survey is a project approved in the 1995 budget, and
some professional assistance is needed to coiduct the survey and analyze the data;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota does hereby authorize a request for proposal for professional services
for the 1995 Citizen Survey.
