ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEhKE TS
AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING
LAT 19 BLOCK 1 AND OUTL OT A. OAKDAL E WEST THLRD ADDMON
BAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Dave Nash of McCombs-Fmnk Root and
Associates has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage
and utility easements.
The drainage and utility easements and drainage casement for ponding
purposes within Lot 1, Block 1, Oudot A, Oak*k west Third Addition
according to the plat tlnjwf on file or of record in the office of the
Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, MN.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be
in order,
NOW, T1IL3 WORE, BE 1T H39MY RESOLVED BY THn CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does,
establish the date of February 7, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Couacil Chambers, Plymouth
City Cater, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of
said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish mice of said hearing as
provided by law.
