REDUCING DEVEI.OPIVIENPIV T BOND
AUTUMN 11711 ADDITION (92060)
VA BRBAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 30, 1993, Lundgren Bros.
Construction, Inc., developer of Autumn Hills Addition (92060), has agreed to install certain
improvements for said development; and
WHBRSAS, the developer has completed a portion of the arm, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WilIMEAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
work;

That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $49,952 to
$17,920 to reflect the completed work. Letter of Credit No. 12027 may be reduced accordingly.
