RESOLUTION NO. 93-19
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
THE PONDS AT BASS CREEK ADDITION (93106)
wHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 15, 1994, McHunter Co., LLC,
de'.roloper of The Ponds at Bass Creek Addition (93106), has agreed to install cxrtain improvements for
said development; and
WEMREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Sanitary Sewer
Watermain
Storm Sewer
Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod
Mitigation Pond Construction
Sediment Pond Coeetruction
Street Signs (2 x 200)
Site Grading and Drainage Improvements
Emergency Access
Park and Trail Improvements
Wetland Buffer Delineation Posts
Setting iron Monuments
Design, Administration, lnspeetion, As-Bullts

$80,696 to reflect the completed work. Letter Of Credit No. 1457-9408 A may be reduced accordingly.
