CITY OF PLYMOUTH
( RESOLUTION 95-11
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE P13 RFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
AACRON, INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2705 CHESHIRE LANE
NORTF. (93114)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for AaCron, Inc. was Administratively approved on October
13,1993; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Perforntance Guarantee in the
form of a Savings Certificate in the amount of $2,100.00 and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the Savings Certificate in the amount of $2,100.00 which was submitted
to guarantee site improvements for AaCron, Inc.
Adopted by the City Council on January 03, 1995.
