RESOLUTION 95-9
WHEREAS, a Final Plat and Development Contract were approved under City Council
Resolutions 94122 and 94123; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $2,640.00; and,
WHERRAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HIRMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, KMESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $1,980.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Heather Ponds Park to a new total guarantee of $660.00.
