WHEREAS, ISD 284 (Wayzata) has requested a Residential Planned Unit Development
Concept Plan for the development of approximately 161 acres for the new Wayzata
Senior High School located at the northwest corner of Peony Lane and the Soo Line
Railroad; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
informational Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Residential Planned Unit Development Concept Plan for the development of
approximately 161 acres for the new Wayzata Senior High School located at the
northwest corner of Peony Lane and the Soo Line Railroad, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Approval of the incorporation of this site within the City's Metropolitan Urban
Servitx Area.
3. Reguiding of tho site to an urban development classification
4. Preparation and review of an Environmental Assessment Worksheet.
5 Approval of an Indirect Source Permit (ISP).
Adopted by the City Council on January 3, 1995.
