WHEREAB, the City c>rrt 1 , soft Mums and federal rgpdadons require an annual audit of
the City's financial reoosds, and
WHEREAS, the City has received five proposals to provide auditing services for 1994, 1995
and 1996, and
WHIOUMS, Deloitte cit Touche acaed the highest in the analysis of the audit proposals
based on the use of a p owned list of evaluation criteria and weighted scoring factors,
Wading w9criaooe bvds and fee schedules, and
WHhRZAS, Deloitte cit Tbucbe in their proposal stated that if hours are less than 500 hours,
they will bill the City a proportionally lower amount, and
WHffitEAS, it is necessary to enter into a contract for auditing services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HER1tBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, KNNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
enter into a COMM with Deloitte cit Touche for the 19949 1995, and 19% auditing services in
the amount not to exceed $2590009 525,750 and $26,500, respectively.
